Job summary

AMCS Group is seeking a Software Support Engineer to deliver first-line technical support to customers across the EMEA region. You will intake, assign, and monitor software-related requests, working independently or with a global team in a mid-shift role.

The role requires fluent Dutch, strong communication, and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office and Azure cloud services. Hybrid work with on-site options and a focus on customer satisfaction are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (written and spoken) required for EMEA support.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
• Strong communication skills, proactive questioning to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line support for incidents and requests from AMCS customers.
• Document end user info in CRM and track problem resolution.
• Perform root-cause analysis on recurring issues and test fixes.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure timely resolution and follow-ups.
