Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent German (spoken/written) required for EMEA support.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong communication skills; proactive in questioning to ensure accurate intake.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing (Azure).
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams (calls and support portal cases).
• Strong analytical skills and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to AMCS customers and ensure calls meet quality standards.
• Address and resolve incoming application questions and incidents from end users.
• Document all relevant customer info in our CRM.
• Perform root-cause analysis on recurring issues.
• Record, track, and document the problem-solving process.
• Test fixes and follow up to ensure resolution.
