Job summary

AMCS Group is seeking a Software Support Engineer to deliver first-line support for our cloud-based software solutions to customers across the EMEA region. The role requires Dutch fluency and the ability to work in a mid-shift with independent and collaborative teamwork.

You will own intake, ticket routing, and monitoring of software-related requests, documenting details in our CRM and performing root-cause analysis to ensure effective resolutions.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (written and spoken) required for EMEA support.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
• Strong communication and questioning skills to ensure accurate intake.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing (Azure).
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams (calls and support portal cases).
• Strong analytical skills and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to AMCS customers across the EMEA region.
• Ensure requests and incidents align with quality standards and KPIs.
• Document end-user information in the CRM system.
• Perform root-cause analysis on recurring issues.
• Record, track, and follow up on problem-solving progress.
• Test fixes and verify resolutions with customers.
