Job summary

Cognizant Philippines is seeking fluent Dutch and English speakers to join our growing customer support team. You will assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and chat, delivering exceptional service and timely issue resolution.

You will document interactions, follow procedures, and collaborate with internal teams to meet productivity and quality targets. A reliable internet connection for work-from-home arrangements is required, with shift availability including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Dutch language skills (written and spoken).
• Strong English communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college education is an advantage.
• Customer service or back-office experience preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple applications and computer systems.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays if required.
