Job summary

Gratitude Philippines in Taguig is seeking a bilingual Service Desk Analyst (Dutch & French) to join our 100% onsite, shift-based team. You will deliver Level 1 and 2 technical support to international end-users, log tickets, troubleshoot, and escalate when needed.

Fluency in Dutch is a MUST; French is a plus. A minimum of 2 years in technical support is required, with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Dutch fluency is a MUST - speaking, reading and writing.
• French language is a big advantage - preferred.
• At least 2 years in Technical Support / Service Desk / IT Help Desk.
• Strong background in technical troubleshooting and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end-users.
• Handle and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Accurately log tickets, troubleshoot, and escalate when needed.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and meet SLA targets.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical concerns.
