The role requires Dutch written and spoken proficiency, strong English communication, and a willingness to work in a shift schedule. You should be comfortable with multiple applications and systems as you support our global customers.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch (written and spoken).
• Good to excellent communication skills in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college education is an advantage.
• Previous customer service, technical support, or back-office experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple applications and computer systems.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Reliable internet connection for work-from-home arrangements.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
