A Site Document Controller manages, organizes, and controls all project documents (blueprints, reports, etc.) on a construction or engineering site, ensuring accuracy, version control, security, and timely access for teams, supporting quality compliance, and handling electronic/hard copies from intake to archiving. Key duties include tracking revisions, maintaining databases, facilitating information flow, and ensuring adherence to company and industry standards for documentation.
Responsibilities
- Document Management: Receive, log, distribute, and archive all project documents (technical drawings, RFIs, submittals, quality reports).
- Version Control: Maintain the latest revisions, ensuring teams work with current information.
- Information Flow: Ensure documents are accessible to authorized personnel in a timely manner.
- Quality Assurance: Support the Quality Manager by ensuring documentation meets QMS and regulatory standards.
- System Maintenance: Manage electronic document management systems (EDMS) and physical filing.
- Security & Compliance: Protect sensitive information, control access, and ensure data security.
- Reporting: Prepare status reports on document control activities.
Essential Skills:
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS Office & document control software.

- Ability to handle confidential information.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of any four (4) year course.
- Experience in document control or related fields (construction, manufacturing).
- Preferably applicants from Capiz are or nearby provinces.
