We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to manage, maintain, and control project documents and records, ensuring proper filing, tracking, distribution, and retrieval throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage and maintain project documents, records, reports, and correspondence.
Control the receipt, issuance, revision, distribution, and filing of documents.
Maintain an organized document control system and ensure proper document tracking.
Monitor document revisions and ensure that the latest approved versions are available to concerned personnel.
Prepare and maintain document transmittals, logs, registers, and tracking reports.
Coordinate with other departments regarding document submissions.
Ensure documents are properly archived and readily retrievable when needed.
Assist in preparing documentation for audits and project requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of project records.
Perform other document control and administrative duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant college-level education.
At least 3 years of experience in Document Control, preferably in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or railway projects.
Experience with document management systems and project documentation is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of document numbering, revision control, transmittals, and filing systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Keen attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced construction project environment.
Willing to start immediately and work on-site.
