TPC Corporation Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller/Liaison Officer to manage confidential project documentation, permits, and reports for renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams and external regulators, ensuring accurate records, and supporting field activities as needed. The ideal candidate has experience in document control, strong communication skills, and familiarity with government compliance processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management, or related field is an advantage.
  • Proven experience as a Document Controller, Liaison Officer, or Administrative Officer preferably in Renewable Energy, Construction, Engineering, or Infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of document management systems, filing procedures, and records control.
  • Familiarity with permits, government compliance, and coordination with LGU, DENR, DOE, ERC, DAR, and other regulatory agencies is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple documents and transactions simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document tracking systems.
  • Ability to prepare, monitor, and maintain confidential project documents, permits, contracts, and reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments, contractors, suppliers, and government agencies.
  • Willing to do fieldwork and process permits/documents outside office when necessary.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Experience in solar, wind, hydro, or other renewable energy projects is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of ISO documentation standards and compliance procedures is preferred.
  • Must be trustworthy, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, monitor, and maintain confidential project documents, permits, contracts, and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, suppliers, and government agencies.
  • Process permits and documents outside the office when necessary.
  • Ensure proper filing, records control, and document tracking.
  • Maintain compliance with documentation standards and project timelines.
  • Assist in fieldwork related to permits and regulatory requirements.
