Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Division Supervisor role for the Food Division based in Laguna. The Division Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the division, including sales activities, supply chain coordination, and service delivery for chemical and ingredients. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring the division team, setting performance targets, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards in coordination with other departments. The role involves close collaboration with departments to support inquiries and requirements from the food manufacturing industry, align resources, and maintain high-quality customer support. The Division Manager will also participate in strategic planning, budgeting, market development, and continuous process improvement to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse staff members.
• Experience in sales management, account management, or business development, ideally within chemicals, manufacturing, or industrial supplies.
• Operational and process management skills, including planning, scheduling, inventory oversight, and coordination with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Background or familiarity with food ingredients and additives, chemicals, or related technical fields.Has a history in the food manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with data-driven decision-making and KPI monitoring.
• Proficiency in basic business software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentations) and willingness to learn company-specific systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Business Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Ability to work on-site in Laguna, travel to customer locations as needed, and adapt to a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
