Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Production Planning & Inventory Control Supervisor to join our Binan City, Laguna manufacturing team. The role oversees planning, scheduling and inventory operations to meet customer demand with cost efficiency.

You will coordinate production with procurement and logistics, manage supplier relationships, and lead a team to ensure data accuracy and process discipline in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production planning, inventory control or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning and MRP/JIT principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with demand and capacity.
• Monitor and control inventory across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Analyse data to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.

About the role

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Production Planning & Inventory Control Supervisor to join our dynamic manufacturing operations team in Binan City, Laguna. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in optimising our production efficiency and inventory management. As Production Planning & Inventory Control Supervisor, you will oversee the planning, scheduling and inventory operations that directly impact our ability to meet customer demands whilst maintaining cost efficiency. This role is essential to ensuring seamless coordination between production, procurement and logistics functions, ultimately supporting the company's strategic objectives of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules that align with demand forecasts, sales targets and available production capacity
• Monitor and control inventory levels across raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods to minimise stockouts and overstock situations
• Analyse production data and inventory metrics to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with sales, procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate demand planning and realistic production timelines
• Manage supplier relationships and coordinate with procurement on material requirements and delivery schedules
• Oversee inventory receiving, storage and stock rotation to maintain product quality and ensure compliance with storage standards
• Prepare and present production and inventory reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and variances
• Supervise inventory control staff and coordinate training to ensure adherence to company procedures and best practices
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems and optimise data accuracy within the planning system
• Identify and manage supply chain risks, developing contingency plans for production disruptions

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in production planning, inventory control or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with production planning systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and inventory management platforms
• Knowledge in Raw Material Planning
• Strong knowledge of demand forecasting methods, material requirements planning (MRP) and just-in-time (JIT) inventory principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead, motivate and develop team members effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across multiple departments and management levels
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
• Understanding of food manufacturing processes, safety standards and regulatory requirements is highly desirable
• Project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
