Job summary

PCT Enterprise in Laguna is seeking a Division Supervisor for the Food Division to oversee daily operations, including sales activities, supply chain coordination, and service delivery of chemicals and ingredients. You will mentor the division team, set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Collaboration with other departments is essential to meet food manufacturing client requirements and drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to mentor staff.
• Experience in sales management or business development in chemicals/manufacturing.
• Experience in operations planning, scheduling, inventory, and logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with food ingredients and additives and the food manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven decision making with KPI monitoring.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic business software; willingness to learn company systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience considered.
• On-site Laguna availability and travel to customer sites as needed.
