Job summary

Nutrition Center of the Philippines is seeking Distributor Sales Specialists with a strong focus on customer service who can explain our product features to drugstores, local pharmacies and other channels. You will promote our lines and build relationships with distributor managers and pharmacy staff to ensure products are well represented for expectant and new mothers.

This role requires field travel across designated regions, is immediate-start, and involves travel within the assigned

Qualifications

• Experience handling distributors and local key accounts in Pharmaceutical or FMCG Sales.
• Familiarity with the assigned area for full territory coverage.
• Ability to negotiate with distributor owners/operations managers.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client presentations.

Job description

We are seeking Distributor Sales Specialists with a strong focus on customer service who can confidently and successfully explain the features and advantages of our products to customers. The Distribution Sales Specialist will be in charge of selling and promoting our product line to drugstores, local pharmacies and other channels aligned to our business model. The position holder will most likely be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with distributor operations manager/owner, distributor sales team, pharmacy managers and staff, ensuring our products are well-represented and accessible to expectant and new mothers.

This position requires field travels and the candidate is required to start immediately. Only those who answered the pre-screening assessment will proceed to the next step of the application.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or related field.
• Must have 1-2 year experience in handling distributors and local key accounts in Pharmaceutical or FMCG Sales or similar sales roles is highly preferred.
• Must be well familiar with the assigned area for full territory coverage.
• Must know how to negotiate in dealing with distributor owner/operations manager, LKA owner.

Skills

• Excellent in written and verbal communication and can discuss clearly on direct client presentation.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to understand and articulate medical and scientific information.
• Effective organizational and time -management skills.
• Commitment in upholding our company’s ethical standards and practices.
• Proficiency in using online software/s and sales tools.
• Must have the presentation skill.
• Must be idealistic and know to create promos and programs as needed for the assigned areas.
• Can do field training and coaching to sales team of distributor.
• Willingness to travel (field) within the assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation will be highly optional.
