• Drive territory performance by implementing sales and marketing strategies
• Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities
• Conduct regular field visits, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations
• Ensure effective territory coverage, call planning, and execution excellence
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Supply Chain for aligned initiatives
• Identify business opportunities and develop action plans to maximize growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3 years in people management role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
