Responsibilities

• Execute effective call coverage across assigned pharmacy outlets, ensuring optimal territory reach and productivity
• Drive strong in-store execution including merchandising standards, product visibility, shelf placement, and displays
• Implement promotional activities and trade programs to maximize sell‑out performance
• Ensure stock availability through regular stock checks and timely replenishment follow‑ups
• Monitor daily sales performance and take proactive actions to achieve assigned targets
• Build strong working relationships with pharmacists, store managers, and retail staff
• Provide timely market intelligence on competitor activities, product performance, and retail dynamics
• Conduct regular audits on product availability, pricing accuracy, and POSM quality
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and improve execution within pharmacy accounts
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and code of conduct

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Sciences, Allied Health, Communications, or any related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical sales or detailing experience.
• Strong communication, active listening, and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
• Willingness to cover assigned territories across the National Capital Region (NCR).
