Job summary

Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. is seeking a capable Dispatch Supervisor to oversee daily operations, schedule feed deliveries, and assign trucks. You will coordinate with farm representatives, monitor driver performance, and ensure accurate reporting in SAP systems.

The role requires 1–2 years in dispatching and a background in industrial engineering or business studies. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing documentation, and coaching field staff.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in dispatching & logistics.
• Must be a graduate of BS Industrial & Manufacturing Engr. or BS Business Course.
• Ability to orient, coach and motivate operators, drivers, guards and loaders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the department.
• Prepare daily feed delivery schedule.
• Assign trucks for delivery and issue delivery documents.
• Encode and update finished feeds delivery reports and related reports.
• Conduct daily feeds inventory and coordinate with farm representatives.
• Monitor drivers to meet delivery standards and support other departments as needed.
• Submit monthly and weekly delivery reports and SAP-related documents.
• Ensure policies and procedures are implemented to achieve objectives.

Job description

• Supervise the day to day operations of the department.
• Prepare daily feed delivery schedule.
• Assigning of trucks for delivery.
• Prepare and issue delivery documents.
• Encode and update finished feeds delivery report and other related reports.
• Conduct daily feeds inventory turned over by production.
• Coordinate with farm representative for IBC and other department coordinators.
• Monitor the driver to ensure the delivery meet the required standard.
• Provide trucks to other department as requested.
• Ensure that all incidences are documented.
• Report immediately to superior when situation is beyond the control.
• Ensure the policies and procedures are implemented properly to achieve established objectives.
• Orient, coach and motivates new operator, drivers, guards and loaders.
• Submit monthly delivery and retrieval report.
• Submit weekly delivery reports (old reports) for S.A.P. use.
• Submit Requisition Slip (RS), MIGO 101, MIGO 262, for S.A.P. use.
• Issue voucher of diesel.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education:

• Must be a graduate of BS Industrial & Manufacturing Engr. & Any BS Business Course or any related courses

Experience:

• Atleast have 1 - 2 years of experience relating to dispatching & logistics.
