Job summary

SOBIDA MOTORS CORPORATION in Batangas is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Clerk to support plant operations and coordinate shipments. You will review orders, confirm truck loads, and ensure safe, accurate loading and delivery processes.

The role requires a college/technical degree and at least 1 year of industrial experience, plus strong people skills to manage internal and external relationships. Willingness to be deployed in Taysan Batangas is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of College / Technical degree in any course.
• At least 1-year industrial work experience.
• Preferably residing and Willing to be deployed in Taysan Batangas.
• With good people management skills; ability to develop effective internal and external relations.

Responsibilities

• Reviews sales order numbers from Sales Admin in the computer system.
• Confirms the sales order numbers given by driver of the trucks thru the program.
• Measures / Weighs all incoming and out-going trucks of customers.
• Issues loading slip and truck loading card to haulers for plant assignment and size of aggregates ordered.
• Encodes loading details such as plant number, size of the aggregates, methods of loading to the program.
• Issues Delivery Receipts (DR) and Sales Order (SO) to truck driver customers.
• Ensures that materials loaded to the trucks are approved by the Quality Control officer.
• Monitors the availability of the materials on the plants.
• Coordinates with the Production Supervisors for plant availability status.
• Submits Daily Sales Report to all concerned parties and the Delivery Receipts to Sales Admin.
• Inspection and maintenance of the weighing scales.
• Assistance in the timely repair/calibration of truck scales.
• Endorses to the incoming dispatchers all transactions made during shift.
• Observes safety and security procedures in the performance of duties and maintains good housekeeping in the work area.
