JLBULK TRADING AND HAULING SERVICES is seeking a fleet operations supervisor to plan, coordinate, and oversee daily trucking and delivery activities. You will manage fleet utilization, schedules, and dispatch while guiding drivers, dispatchers, and trucking staff to ensure on-time deliveries.

The role requires 2+ years in supervisory roles, strong knowledge of trucking operations, and familiarity with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of trucking, fleet management, containerized transportation, or logistics operations.
• 2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of trucking operations, dispatching, route planning, and fleet management.
• Familiarity with PEZA, TAPPPS, ICTS, ATI, and related orgs.
• Familiarity with LTFRB, LTO, and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily trucking and delivery operations.
• Monitor fleet utilization, trip schedules, and dispatch activities to ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage and supervise drivers, dispatchers, and trucking personnel.

• Track delivery performance, fuel consumption, route efficiency, and operational costs.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, delays, accidents, and customer complaints.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, safety, and service quality.
• Manage manpower scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations

About the role

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in trucking, fleet management, containerized transportation, or logistics operations
• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience
• Strong knowledge of trucking operations, dispatching, route planning, and fleet management
• Familiarity with PEZA, TAPPPS, ICTS, ATI, and other related organizations
• Familiarity with LTFRB, LTO, and other applicable government regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
