Job summary

Magna Prime Chemical Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee planning, scheduling and delivery coordination across Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. You will manage delivery routes, dispatch drivers, monitor KPIs and ensure on-time shipments.

The role requires 3–5 years of logistics experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, supervisory exposure, and strong communication with sales and logistics partners. Philippines-based position with FMCG distribution focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, business administration or related field.
• Professional certification in supply chain, logistics or transportation management is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet or distribution operations.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience managing drivers, dispatchers or transportation personnel.
• Experience in route planning and delivery coordination within FMCG sectors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule direct accounts across Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao distributors and retailers.
• Optimize delivery routes and ensure drivers follow the plan.
• Manage day-to-day transport deployment and dispatch of trucks.
• Monitor truck availability and resource planning during volume changes.
• Ensure delivery orders are signed and deliveries completed on schedule.
• Maintain delivery records and coordinate with sales and 3PL partners.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs Planning and Scheduling of Direct Accounts (Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao Distributor, Modern Trade, Gen. Trade - Retail, Wholesaler, Key, Project and Technical Account, Prostore and Hubs)
• Optimize route planning and ensure Delivery driver follow the stipulated plan
• Manage day to day transport deployment of Drivers and dispatching trucks efficiently
• Resource planning on truck availability in time of volume surge or slowdown
• Ensure all related document are ready and data are provided timely to facilitate delivery process
• Liaise with interfaced department on returned goods investigation and follow up actions on failed and returned delivery job
• Ensure delivery orders are signed off by customer and delivery completed
• Checks and monitor delivery accomplishments, prepares daily, weekly and monthly accomplishment report
• Expedite urgent deliveries
• Daily communication with sales, interfaced departments, and third party logistics providers
• Maintains accurate records and files of delivery monitoring and documents
• Gather subordinates to identify and resolve problems - tool box meeting
• Responsible for investigation and provide necessary counter measures regarding customer complaints
• Plans and assists in the monitoring of logistics and transportation services
• Direct and review work plan for assigned delivery personnel
• Ensure goods are shipped and delivered within schedule
• Monitor trucks during deliveries in order to direct, instruct and oversee delivery personnel's delivery status
• Monitor truck utilization
• Responsible for Key Performance Indicator or KPI
