Job summary

You will establish KPIs, manage budgets, and partner with senior leadership to align services with sales and distribution, while fostering a culture of service excellence.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of leadership experience in corporate or shared services settings.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple departments.
• Experience in motorcycle, automotive, retail, FMCG, or distribution environments preferred.
• Experience supporting large multi-branch or nationwide operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple support departments including HR, IT, Audit, Business Process, and Marketing Support.
• Ensure support functions operate efficiently and deliver consistent services to business units.
• Establish structures, processes, and performance standards for support teams.
• Build and develop a strong leadership team across all service areas.
• Oversee internal audit, risk management, and compliance programs.
• Support leadership in managing operational risks and regulatory compliance.
• Work with HR to attract, develop, and retain key talents; foster leadership development.
