Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Operations Manager to oversee sales and operational performance across multiple branches in the Cebu City region.

You will drive revenue growth, optimize operations, and enhance customer satisfaction, reporting to the General Sales Manager. The role requires leading branch teams, developing regional strategies, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring cost control while travel to branches is frequent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant sales and operations experience, with at least 3+ years in a managerial capacity.
• Experience managing multiple branches or locations, preferably across multi-site operations.
• Experience developing and executing sales and operational strategies aligned with business goals.
• Experience in business performance management, KPIs, and improvement plans.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve operations.
• Experience managing branch budgets, resources, inventory, and logistics.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Strong sales management, customer service, and process improvement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operational performance of multiple branches within the region.
• Assist in development and execution of regional sales and operations strategies.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profitability targets.
• Regularly review branch performance, KPIs, and costs with branch managers.
• Identify gaps and implement corrective action plans for underperforming branches.
• Monitor budgets and resources to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Lead and develop branch managers and sales/ops teams.
• Conduct frequent branch visits and operational reviews to ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR and other functions to support regional initiatives.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and regulators as needed.
• Provide market insights and regional performance reports to senior stakeholders.
