Qualifications

• 5+ years of Director-level leadership experience in fast-growth environments.
• Exposure to Motorcycle, Automotive, Retail, or FMCG industries.
• Strong financial and business acumen with budget oversight.
• Demonstrated C-Suite stakeholder management experience.
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-scaling or high-growth environment.
• Experience managing medium to large-scale organizations (500-1000 FTEs preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead a centralized shared services framework and governance across functions.
• Define operating structures, accountability models, and service delivery standards.
• Ensure alignment of corporate support with enterprise strategy.
• Set KPIs and service benchmarks; conduct leadership reviews.
• Provide executive leadership to HR, IT, Internal Audit, Business Process, and Marketing.
• Drive automation and digital transformation across support functions.
• Present performance insights and strategic updates to the CEO and C-Suite.
