• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate degree is an advantage.
• 10+ years leadership in Shared Services or GBS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manila Shared Services Center and support global objectives.
• Partner with global stakeholders to align operations with priorities.
• Drive operational excellence, transformation, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day Shared Services Center operations and targets.
• Manage HR, Finance, Facilities, Administration and Employee Engagement.
• Build strong relationships with global and regional leaders.
• Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team.
