Job summary

HRTx Inc in Cebu City is seeking a Sales & Operations Senior Manager to lead sales and operational performance across multiple branches. You will translate business objectives into actionable plans, drive revenue growth, and boost customer experience, while building a high-performing team.

You will develop annual sales plans, monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure disciplined execution and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in sales and operations with at least 5 years in managerial or senior leadership capacity.
• Experience managing large-scale organizations with multiple branches/locations.
• Strong ability to develop and execute sales and operational strategies.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and improving performance.
• Experience conducting business performance reviews and KPI monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead overall sales and operations strategies aligned with business objectives, growth plans, and revenue targets.
• Oversee performance of multiple branches or locations, ensuring achievement of sales, operational, and financial objectives.
• Lead development of annual and periodic sales plans, targets, forecasts, and growth strategies.
• Conduct regular business performance reviews across branches, analyzing key metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Drive initiatives to improve sales performance and business results, addressing underperforming branches.
• Establish and monitor branch KPIs, ensuring alignment with goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch managers and sales leaders, building a performance-driven culture.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across sales, branch operations, customer service, and inventory coordination.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce operating costs across branches.
• Monitor market conditions and customer trends to identify new opportunities and adjustments.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR to execute strategies across locations.
• Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements across locations.
• Perform other strategic and operational responsibilities as assigned.
