Job summary

HRTX Cebu City is seeking a Regional Sales Operations Manager to oversee sales and operations across multiple branches. You will drive revenue growth, optimize processes, and ensure customer satisfaction while reporting to the General Sales Manager.

This full onsite role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, leadership in multi-site operations, budget oversight, KPI analysis, and frequent field visits across the region. A Bachelor's degree is required, and travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, industrial engineering, marketing, or operations management.
• 5–8 years of relevant sales and operations experience, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience managing multiple branches/locations/territories in multi-site operations.
• Experience in developing and executing sales and operational strategies.
• Experience in business performance management, KPI reviews, and improvement plans.
• Experience driving revenue growth and improving sales/operational efficiency across locations.
• Experience managing branch budgets, resources, inventory, logistics.
• Strong people management, coaching, and performance development.
• Strong understanding of sales management, branch operations, customer service, process improvement, compliance.
• Strong business/financial acumen to interpret reports.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Experience preparing business performance reports to senior management.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to frequent branch and field visits.
• Willingness to travel frequently across assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operational performance of multiple branches in the region.
• Support the General Sales Manager in developing and executing sales and operational strategies.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual targets across the assigned area.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with branch managers and analyze KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Monitor branch budgets, resources, and operating expenses.
• Establish and evaluate branch and team KPIs; ensure alignment with regional goals.
• Coach and develop branch managers and sales/ops teams.
• Perform regular branch visits and operational reviews for compliance.
• Oversee branch operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead process improvements including 5S and operational excellence.
• Ensure policy compliance across branches and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and regulators.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support growth.
