Job summary

HCM Nexus in Manila is seeking an experienced Director of Process Excellence to lead business transformation, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives across the organization.

The role requires extensive Six Sigma, data analytics, and stakeholder management expertise, with a strategic mindset to identify opportunities and drive sustainable solutions. Hybrid work arrangement in Manila is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications or related field.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB or equivalent) is required.
• 12 to 15 years of professional experience in business reporting, management principles, BPO, or customer service operations.
• At least 8 to 10 years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong expertise in process improvement, business transformation, and operational excellence.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on a graveyard or shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience in business writing, process documentation, and conducting training sessions.
• Willingness to work on a graveyard or shifting schedule.
