HCM Nexus in Manila is seeking an experienced Director of Process Excellence to lead business transformation, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives across the organization.

The role requires extensive Six Sigma, data analytics, and stakeholder management expertise, with a strategic mindset to identify opportunities and drive sustainable solutions. Hybrid work arrangement in Manila is supported.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications or related field.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB or equivalent) is required.
• 12 to 15 years of professional experience in business reporting, management principles, BPO, or customer service operations.
• At least 8 to 10 years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong expertise in process improvement, business transformation, and operational excellence.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on a graveyard or shifting schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee process excellence initiatives to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and business performance.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and industry best practices.
• Identify operational gaps, analyze business processes, and recommend solutions to enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to evaluate performance, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
• Facilitate process documentation, knowledge sharing, and training programs to promote operational excellence.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful execution of business transformation projects.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability across the organization.
