Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or the Internet as required.
• Ensure services meet contractual KPIs and deliver quality support.
• Clarify requirements; probe for understanding and provide resolution.
• Listen attentively, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport.
• Greet customers courteously following procedures.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work, noting accounts as required.
• Document and track information in the call tracking database.
• Refer inquiries to published materials or senior staff when needed.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
