Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls or the internet.
• Ensure service meets contractual KPIs and resolve routine problems.
• Clarify requirements, probe for understanding, and provide resolutions.
• Greet customers courteously and maintain professional tone.
• Maintain knowledge of client products and services.
• Document accounts accurately and prepare complete work.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in the call tracking database.
• Refer inquiries to published materials or senior staff when needed.
