Job summary

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls or online inquiries.
• Ensure service meets KPIs and clarify customer requirements to provide resolutions.
• Demonstrate empathy and build rapport while resolving issues.
• Greet customers professionally and maintain knowledge of client products/services.
• Maintain accurate records and document interactions in the call tracking system.
• Assist in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services as appropriate.
