Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls or online inquiries while solving routine problems.
• Clarify customer requirements and use available tools to provide resolutions.
• Greet customers professionally and maintain empathy to build rapport.
• Maintain knowledge of client products and services and document interactions.
• Strive to meet KPIs and contribute to customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products or services as appropriate.
• Track and retrieve information in the call-tracking system and escalate when needed.
