Job summary

Lift Off Consulting Inc is hiring a Customer Care Representative (70% Non-Voice) for an on-site role in Makati. The position targets fresh graduates and students with a Bachelor’s degree, and seeks candidates with basic medical terminology knowledge and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities include responding to member inquiries via digital channels, processing LOAs, and resolving issues to maintain patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any course; fresh graduates welcome (2025-2026).
• Call center or HMO experience is an advantage.
• Amenable to work in Ayala, Makati.

Responsibilities

• Responds to member queries from Philcare platforms (Member Gateway, Facebook, Twitter, Email, Livechat).
• Handles outpatient approvals to support spillover of calls from the call centers.
• Issues LOA based on authorized limits and protocols from member requests on digital channels.
• Provides resolution on members' concerns or complaints.
• Occasional call-outs to providers for LOA issuance and related concerns.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Department and Division Head.
