Job summary

GROW Vite in Makati City is seeking graduates in Psychology or medical-allied fields for a frontline member services role. You will respond to inquiries across Philcare platforms, support LOA processes, and help ensure timely resolutions for members.

Excellent medical knowledge, clear communication, and a customer-service mindset are essential. Fresh graduates with relevant OJT are welcome; training will cover guidelines, protocols, and provider outreach as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related medical/allied field preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome with relevant OJT experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member queries via digital and social channels.
• Handle Outpatient Approvals to support call center spillover.
• Issue Letters of Authorization per guidelines and protocols.
• Provide resolution to member concerns to avoid complaints.
• Occasional provider outreach for LOA issuance and related concerns.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responds to various member queries captured from the digital and social media platforms of Philcare (Member Gateway, Facebook, Twitter, Email, Livechat, and Heyphil)
• Handles Outpatient Approvals to support the spill over of calls from the call centers.
• Issues Letter of Authorization (LOA) based on the authorized limits, guidelines and protocols from the captured requests of members and affiliated providers on the various digital channels
• Provides resolution on members concerns or encountered issues that may result to complaint.
• Occasional call outs to the affiliated providers requesting for call back for LOA issuance and availment related concerns
• Other tasks that may be assigned by the Department and Division Head

We're looking for individuals with:

• strong familiarity in medical terms and processes
• good communication and customer service skills
• experience in related field (but fresh graduates are welcome to apply as long as they have relevant On-the-Job training experience)

Graduates from other degrees are also welcome as long as you have a related experience.
