Job summary

Allianz PNB Life Insurance, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service/Care Advisor in Makati to handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, and uphold service standards with a 24-hour response commitment.

The role requires healthcare call center experience, a medical allied degree preferred, and the ability to multi-task while using MS Office. After six months, a hybrid work setup is available and onsite presence in Makati is required initially.

Qualifications

• Previous Call Center experience in a Healthcare Account is required.
• Bachelor's Degree, Medical Allied preferred.
• Can work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Computer-savvy; can multi-task taking in calls and answering emails.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Open to Adhoc Tasks.
• Must be willing to work in rotating shifts (morning and mid-shift).
• Must be flexible to work on Philippine Holidays and Weekends.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati for the first 6 months.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Responding to queries regarding coverage, claims, hospitalisation, complaints via phone, email and chat.
• Commit to 24 hours turnaround for all written communication including email responses.
• Multi-tasking of daily assigned workload as well as ad hoc assignments and follow up on individual cases.
• Develop extensive and sound product knowledge to provide timely and accurate information to clients.
• Assist our in-house medical team in coordinating client`s hospital admissions, evacuations, repatriations and other cases as required.
• Multi-tasking of daily assigned workload as well as ad hoc assignments and follow up on individual cases.
• Responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
