Responsibilities

• Responds to member queries across digital and social platforms.
• Handles outpatient approvals to support spillover from call centers.
• Issues LOA per authorized limits and guidelines.
• Provides resolution to member concerns and complaints.
• Occasional calls to providers for LOA issuance and related concerns.
• Other tasks as assigned by Department and Division Head.
