• Follow up with customers after order completion to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Adhere to company policies, privacy, and regulatory guidelines in order processing.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as order entry accuracy and response times.
• Suggest process improvements and participate in training to enhance systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, artwork, and other departments to fulfill orders.
