Job summary

Jubillee Commerce and Trucking Inc. in the Philippines seeks a detail-oriented Order Processor/Data Entry Clerk to support Sales Representatives and related teams.

You will encode customer orders into the system, verify codes, descriptions, quantities, prices, and discounts, and ensure accuracy before submission. You will coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance on order concerns, monitor processing status, and maintain organized records.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review customer orders from Sales Representatives and other authorized personnel.
• Encode orders accurately into the company’s order processing/inventory system.
• Verify product codes, descriptions, quantities, prices, discounts, and other order details.
• Check orders against approved customer information and pricing before processing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance regarding order concerns or discrepancies.
• Monitor the status of processed orders and ensure timely endorsement to the appropriate department.
• Make necessary corrections or adjustments to orders upon proper authorization.
• Maintain organized records of processed orders and supporting documents.
• Assist in monitoring back orders, out-of-stock items, and order discrepancies.
• Ensure that all encoded transactions are complete and accurate before final submission.
• Handle order-related inquiries and promptly escalate issues that require management attention.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of customer and company information.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
