Job summary

Beepo in Clark, Pampanga is seeking an attentive Invoice Processing Assistant to help input and validate invoice data and ensure timely payments.

You will use Salesforce for processing, work with the onshore invoice team, and maintain strict accuracy while following established procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or bookkeeping or related field.
• Less than one year of experience in bookkeeping or AP/invoice processing.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps with strong keyboard skills.
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must have above average English communication skills both verbal and written.
• Able to work quickly and accurately.
• Can work independently.
• Experience with invoicing software is a plus.
• Background on disability benefits in AU would be an advantage.
• Email follow-ups experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data entry: Entering invoice data into Salesforce for processing.
• Reviewing invoice data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Work with the Invoice Coordinators (onshore invoice team).
• Ensuring invoices are drafted and quality cross checked so payment is processed within 3 business days to the provider
• Ensure that data is entered as per the invoice. No assumptions or guesses to be made
• Escalate any issues pertaining to invoices identified on the same business day to the Invoice Manager case queue
• Be confident to make outbound calls to providers if required.
• Adhoc administration tasks including updating records and assisting emails when required
