Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter and schedule customer orders daily, liaising with customers about status.
• Handle cases via CRM (Salesforce), ensuring timely SLAs and prioritization.
• Enter orders in Syspro ERP, ensuring documentation meets quality standards.
• Schedule orders to meet delivery dates and production capacity.
• Configure quotes in Syspro and resolve issues with internal teams.
• Maintain phone-first, email-second communication with customers and staff.
• Record all activities in CRM and monitor outstanding issues.
• Prevent over-scheduling of Production and keep sales informed.
• Contribute to team meetings and problem-solving initiatives.
