Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Internal Auditing Associate Manager in the Philippines, based in Muntinlupa with a hybrid work setup. The Delivery Excellence Auditor will assess and improve delivery rigor across operations by auditing five core practices: Daily Governance, Capacity & SLA Management, Quality Framework, Knowledge & Capability Readiness, and Controls & Compliance.

You will ensure teams follow operating rhythms, maintain audit-ready docs, and close gaps with measurable actions.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of auditing experience with progressive responsibilities.
• 5 years of supervisory experience required.
• CPA or CIA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and improve delivery rigor across operations by auditing five core practices.
• Ensure teams follow defined operating rhythms and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Verify RAID logs, MoM, and escalation matrices are updated and traceable.
• Monitor capacity planning, SLA management, and quality governance with measurable closures.
