Job summary

Accenture Philippines in Taguig is seeking a Delivery Lead Manager to steer service delivery across client portfolios. This Return to Office role requires 8–12 years in PTP with 5–10 years in a supervisory capacity, driving performance and staffing decisions.

Based in Taguig, you will collaborate with the Client Account Leadership team to build relationships and ensure SLA targets are met, while managing risk and ensuring continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• At least 8 to 12 years relevant work experience in PTP.
• 5 to 10 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Support sales opportunities and delivery of the solution by leveraging Accenture’s full capabilities.
• Lead the service delivery strategy across one or more client portfolios.
• Address performance issues and implement continuous improvement plans to achieve project targets and SLA commitments.
• Manage people’s engagement, recruiting and staffing to optimize delivery targets.
• Typically receives direction and feedback from their supervisor on setting priorities or assigning and managing tasks on a weekly to bi-weekly basis.
• Involved in risk mitigation decisions for multiple teams and may be involved in risk mitigation decisions for their business area.
