Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Trade Promotions.

Responsibilities

• Execute Trade Promotions Management / Customer Planning Support tasks, including customer planning requests, sales team requests related to customer forms management, PlanEx, and delivery.
• Manage issues raised by Sales Team, determine what can be resolved by the team and what requires escalation or endorsement.
• Achieve Service Level Agreement and lead Metrics Reporting for Sales Planning Support; assist in preparing Monthly and Quarterly updates for key customers.
• Identify and lead Continuous Improvement opportunities for US Trade Promotions Management and Client Business Platform Manila’s operations; propose new intake opportunities and prepare business cases.
