Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Training Associate to enhance dealership sales performance through targeted training and coaching of Sales Consultants and Sales Managers. You will deliver programs, monitor completion, and partner with dealerships to develop their sales teams.

Responsibilities include onboarding new staff, conducting refresher sessions, observing reps, and maintaining training records while producing timely reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years in training, learning and development or related role.
• Experience in sales training is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of sales processes and sales techniques.
• Experience facilitating and delivering training programs.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach dealership staff to improve sales performance.
• Deliver training programs and monitor completion.
• Facilitate product knowledge, sales process, customer experience, and certification training.
• Conduct onboarding for new Sales Consultants.
• Provide coaching and performance support with Sales Managers.
• Maintain training records, attendance, certifications, and assessment results.
• Prepare training reports and update learning materials.
• Identify training needs and recommend development activities.
• Support annual training needs assessment activities.
