Job summary

ACMobility in the Philippines seeks a Sales Training Associate to enhance dealership performance by training Sales Consultants and Sales Managers. You will deliver training programs, monitor completion, and support dealerships in developing their sales teams.

You will serve as the main training partner for assigned dealerships, build relationships with leadership, facilitate product knowledge, sales process, and customer experience training, and track outcomes to improve effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in training, learning & development or a related role.
• Experience in sales training is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of sales processes and sales techniques.
• Experience facilitating and delivering training programs.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with dealership leaders and sales teams.
• Ensure all required training programs are completed by assigned dealerships.
• Monitor training compliance and completion rates.
• Facilitate product knowledge, sales process, customer experience, and certification training.
• Conduct onboarding programs for newly hired Sales Consultants.
• Deliver refresher and reinforcement training as needed.
• Facilitate role-playing activities, coaching sessions, and practical exercises.
• Observe sales staff during customer interactions and provide coaching.
• Partner with Sales Managers to strengthen sales performance.
• Identify knowledge or skill gaps and recommend appropriate development activities.
• Reinforce company sales standards and best practices.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, certifications, and assessment results.
• Track completion of required training programs.
• Prepare and submit training reports on time.
• Assist in updating training presentations and learning materials.
• Support new training initiatives and pilot programs.
• Gather participant feedback and help improve training effectiveness.
• Identify training needs through observation, assessments, and discussions with Sales Managers.
• Recommend development programs to address performance gaps.
• Support annual training needs assessment activities.
