Job summary

ACMobility is seeking a Sales Training Associate in the Philippines to enhance dealership sales performance through comprehensive training and coaching of Sales Consultants and Sales Managers. The role partners with assigned dealerships to deliver and track training programs and to support the development of their sales teams.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with 2–3 years in training or L&D, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related role.
• Experience in sales training is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of sales processes and sales techniques.
• Experience facilitating and delivering training programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate training programs for dealership staff.
• Build relationships with dealership leaders and sales teams.
• Ensure all required training programs are completed by dealers.
• Monitor training compliance and completion rates.
• Deliver product knowledge, sales process, customer experience, and certification training.
• Conduct onboarding programs for new Sales Consultants.
• Provide refresher and reinforcement training as needed.
• Facilitate role-playing, coaching sessions, and practical exercises.
• Observe sales staff during customer interactions and provide coaching.
• Partner with Sales Managers to improve sales performance.
• Identify knowledge gaps and recommend development activities.
• Reinforce company sales standards and best practices.
• Maintain training records, attendance and certifications.
• Track completion of required training and generate reports.
• Update training presentations and materials.
