Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years automotive service experience with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience handling Japanese automotive brands in a dealership or service center.
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance.
• Experience managing technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of DMS and service management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to be assigned in San Juan City.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the automotive service department.

• Ensure proper diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of vehicles.
