Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking an energetic leader to recruit and onboard dealers and to expand the network across Cebu.

You will drive growth by adding new dealers and widening market reach, while building strong relationships through ongoing support and engagement. The role includes facilitating onboarding and training to ensure dealer success, plus monitoring KPIs and achieving sales targets.

Formación

• Graduate of a 4-year course; undergraduates with 2 years supervisory experience may apply.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, or dealer recruitment.
• Mission-driven with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relationship-builder who can influence others and work independently or in teams.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Lead dealer recruitment and onboarding to expand and strengthen the network
• Drive continuous growth by acquiring new dealers and increasing network reach
• Build strong dealer relationships through consistent engagement and support
