Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. (PCDSI) seeks a proactive professional to recruit and onboard new dealers, nurture existing relationships, and drive dealer growth across the network in the Philippines.

Qualifications

Preferably with experience in direct selling, sales, training, dealer recruitment, or similar work environment.
Graduate of any four-year college degree, or at least two years of vocational or undergraduate studies.
Note: candidates with two years of college must have a minimum of two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Recruit potential dealers through various channels and partnerships.
Onboard new dealers and provide product training and direct selling techniques.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers to foster loyalty and growth.
Conduct regular training sessions and coaching to improve dealer performance.
Track dealer performance metrics and contribute to sales target achievement.
Prepare recruitment reports and updates on activities and outcomes.
