Qualifications

• Experience in direct selling, sales, training, dealer recruitment, or similar work environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and activities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new dealers through various channels and partnerships.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with the dealer network.
• Provide product training, selling techniques, and onboarding resources to new dealers.
• Coordinate onboarding with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions for new dealers.
• Monitor dealer performance and provide guidance to achieve sales targets.
• Coach and train existing dealers on progression, goals, and strategies.
• Prepare reports on recruitment activities, progress, and outcomes.
