Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. (PCDSI) is seeking a results-driven professional to lead dealer recruitment and onboarding, expanding the network across the Philippines.

You will drive growth by acquiring new dealers, building strong relationships, and providing ongoing support to ensure dealer success. The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree, supervisory experience, and proven capabilities in direct selling, negotiation, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Undergraduates with at least 2 years of supervisory experience may apply.
• Experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer recruitment and onboarding to expand and strengthen the network for Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. (PCDSI).
• Drive continuous growth by acquiring new dealers and increasing network reach.
• Build strong dealer relationships through consistent engagement and support.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and development to ensure dealer success.
• Monitor KPIs and drive achievement of sales targets.
